GERSTEL is represented in more than 70 countries worldwide. The GERSTEL Service organization offers prompt qualified support, including telephone hot-line support, in the German-speaking countries of Europe, in the U.S.A. and in Japan. In territories, where we do not have a GERSTEL Service Organization, our network of trained and certified distributors provide timely, high quality support. All GERSTEL distributors have gone through training and certification in the training center at our headquarters in Germany. In case of service-related issues, our systems have been prepared for remote diagnostics enabling our hot-line support staff to quickly identify the most effcient path of action towards a resolution. We respond promptly and bring to bear the latest support and communication technology to ensure the fastest possible resolution no matter where in the world our customers are located.

In addition to service support, GERSTEL provides access to our vast application data base, comprehensive professional advice, as well as thorough training of our customers and partners. During application development we enable unrestricted use of our expertise.
