We are aware that there are various local customs and laws in the countries in which we operate. We observe and respect these regulations. Where our Code of Conduct conflicts with certain regulations, employees are encouraged to discuss concerns and suggestions with management, who will make an appropriate decision in each individual case.

Sustainability

Reducing CO2 emissions and promoting renewable energies is therefore one of our strategic corporate goals. We also take care to develop environmentally friendly products and continuously check whether raw materials can be replaced by more environmentally friendly, sustainable products.
Mobility
Our vehicle fleet is constantly being expanded and renewed. As far as possible, we rely on environmentally friendly and energy-efficient drives using electric and hybrid vehicles as well as natural gas-powered service vehicles. All our employees are offered the option of leasing a bicycle for their commute to work.
Internal project group
Internal and external sustainability projects are supported by interdisciplinary teams made up of employees from all departments. Mandatory annual training courses are held for all employees to further raise awareness of sustainable action.
Green analysis
By using automated analyses and miniaturized processes, the sample requirement can be significantly reduced. At the same time, the use of harmful solvents is kept to a minimum - an important contribution to environmental and health protection.

Whistleblowing helps us to counteract violations at an early stage - for GERSTEL, our employees. customers and partners.
We offer several reporting channels, including anonymous reporting.
Who can provide information?
All GERSTEL employees as well as customers, suppliers and external third parties.
What do we do for whistleblowers?
GERSTEL protects whistleblowers through a secure reporting system, confidentiality and protection against discrimination - as long as they act to the best of their knowledge.
What applies to those affected?
The rights of reported persons are also protected. Please use the system responsibly, as false accusations can have serious consequences.
