The required frequency of maintenance work depends on the application and the sample matrix. Every GERSTEL instrument is shipped with an operation manual, which informs the user about maintaining his or her instrument.
A new audio-visual tool is now available, which can help users more easily perform routine maintenance work. The Maintenance Collection CD is a set of service-videos, which provide clear and easy-to-understand instructions on dismantling, cleaning or replacing, reinstalling various parts and performing leak tests. Each video segment lasts from one to seven minutes. The Maintenance CD contains around 80 service videos, covering the following products:
