SPME Fiber Changer

GERSTEL is presenting Automated SPME Multi-Fiber EXchange (MFX) for the MultiPurpose Sampler (MPS) at analytica 2010. The MAESTRO software sequence table enables the user to specify when to replace the SPME fiber and which new SPME fiber to insert. SPME Multi-Fiber stations are available for three fibers or for 25 fibers. Conditioned SPME fibers are kept in sealed compartments ready for use; a bake out station or the GC inlet can be specified for conditioning. Pre- or post-extraction derivatization can be specified and the MPS 007 agitator supports shaking and stirring of the sample for longest possible fiber-life.
